One place to start your search is an online therapist directory. You can filter results by specialty and insurance coverage. Many times, therapists offer a free initial phone or video consultation where you can ask questions about their specialties and approach to therapy. An initial consultation is also a great opportunity to find out their session rate and ask if they are in network with your insurance.
